make too many in a short period of time.

- Decrease the noise and confusion around you.
- Talk to friends, relatives or professionals about your problems. Don’t just hold it all in.
- Join support groups that include people who are in the same situation as you.
- Get regular physical checkups.
- Plan your work, manage your time. Set realistic goals.
- Avoid unnecessary stress when you have a choice.
- Get enough sleep.
- Realize that it may be necessary to quit a job or change a situation in order to be happier.

The Pamper Principle
Spa treatments have a twofold effect on stress: physically, you’re afforded a chance to rest and rejuvenate. Most treatments, such as a massage or a steam bath, for example, also give your circulatory system a boost. Psychologically, the effect of a spa treatment is even more pronounced. Not only do you give your brain a break, but you’re also telling yourself that you deserve a break. Nothing can be more enlightening or more soul satisfying.
